Daniel Humphrey played soccer while in high school all four years. His favorite memory was the game two years ago when they were down 1-4 at halftime and came back to win 6-4. He scored 1 of those comeback goals. Daniel was awarded 2nd Team all-league in 2019 for soccer.
Daniel is planning on attending Wheaton College in the fall and will be working at Trout Creek this summer. He also plans to pursue a graduate program after Wheaton.
Daniel would like to thank his parents for being so supportive of him. He would also like to thank his older brother for being one of the most fun teammates he’s had.
Message from the Athletic Director: Daniel, your quiet leadership is something that I know many of our younger athletes have looked up to. They have valued your work ethic, enthusiasm, and effort to help them get better through watching your actions and focus. I know that your soccer coaches have been extremely blessed by your leadership and engagement. You are a brilliant man who I believe will have great impact as you move into adulthood.
Bible verse chosen for you: Colossians 1:9-12 – And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him’ bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light.
