Quan would like to thank his host dad and mom, Edward and Linda Highman, and his biological parents in Vietnam for supporting him both physically and mentally during his high school sports experience.
Message from the Athletic Director: Quan, first of all, it takes so much courage to be an international exchange student, especially then come out for a sport on top of this. I am always in awe of students like you who are able to make the sacrifice to leave your home to be in school in the US and participate in athletics. You are a man of courage.
Bible verse chosen for you: I Chronicles 28:20 – Then David said to Solomon his son, “Be strong and courageous and do it. Do not be afraid and do not be dismayed, for the Lord God, even my God, is with you. He will not leave you or forsake you, until all the work for the service of the house of the Lord is finished.
